Welcome to my store and thank you for stopping by. I am at the end of an email so if you have any queries please contact me.

Each kit contains all the materials required for you to complete your project. Full step by step illustrated instructions, plus handy tips on embroidery are also enclosed.

Payment

We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button; scroll Down and click on the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Shipping

All of my kits are beautifully packaged, but should you wish the kit to be wrapped for a special occasion let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

My items are all packed in padded envelopes to protect the contents.

I try to ship out all parcels within 48 hours. All my parcels are sent airmail, using first class mail. I obtain proof of postage for all items posted, but this does not cover insurance other than in the United Kingdom, so if you want the parcel to be insured, please contact me for further information, or to arrange this.

Please note that in the unlikely event of your parcel going astray and not being insured, we will not be held responsible for its loss.

Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases.

I use Royal Mail for all my parcels. Parcels within the UK are usually delivered the next day, to Europe delivery is usually within 3-4 days and the rest of the world 5 -10 days, depending on where you live. Please be aware that if customs stops your parcel, this may hold up delivery for up to as much as 6 weeks.

If you require your purchase to be given priority handling, please let me know at time of order and I can adjust postage to include Airsure® or International Signed For. I will insure goods if asked to do so at time of order, at additional cost and if the service is available.

Refunds and Exchanges

I take great pride in my work and I am sure that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your item once it arrives, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

Please note that a refund will not be given, or an exchange sent, until the original item has been returned to me in its original condition.

Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on my part. I will not make a refund for the return postage, that is your responsibility.

Due to the nature of PDF Embroidery Pattern files I cannot offer refunds for embroidery patterns, however if you have issues, please do get in touch.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am happy to consider commissions, but do not take wholesale orders or send out on consignment.
