Silk Ribbon Embroidery – Saturday 25th March 2023

This workshop is aimed at those who would like to have a go at ribbon embroidery, but think it is too difficult. With just a little effort and a handful of stitches, a beautiful result can be achieved in no time all using silk ribbon. This is a Spring themed workshop where you will learn how to create Snowdrops, Daffodils, Irises … everything Spring related.

All materials will be provided, including fabric, ribbons and needles.  Please bring with you a small pair of embroidery scissors and a 4″ and 6″ hoop – I will have spare scissors and hoops for you to borrow.  You will also need to bring any magnifiers, lamps or glasses you normally use.

I am limiting the number of students for each workshop to 8; this will enable us to spread out and have plenty of room in which to stitch. Workshops are relaxed and you work at a pace that suits you.
