Products

We always try to give the most up-to-date production information, but sometimes we get it wrong.  This can include: not having the correct product details, different product packaging to that shown, changes in the colour of the product, or showing the incorrect amount of stock.  The amount of stock that we show on the website is to be used as a guide only.  We will confirm the amount of stock that we have when we confirm your order.

Purchasing

There is no contract between you and The Common Thread when you place an order on our website.  We will manage your order only when you have received a confirmation email from us.

When you place an order with us, you can go to “My Account” at any time to browse your order history.  We have a Privacy Policy that sets out how we store your data.

We will send you a receipt of your order in an email.  Please read and check carefully that all the details are correct.  Please contact us if any of the information is not correct.

We are not responsible for any delay in the delivery of your order, or any delay as a result of you not being there to collect your order when it arrives.  It is your responsibility to tell Royal Mail, or courier company, to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
